honestly i've never see any car doing the "speed up to overtake a
car then slow down until see another car to overtake" thing..
unless u mean speed up, go into lane 1, overtake u, go in front of
u then speed up again go into lane 1, then overtake the car in
front of u..
which btw sounds normal wad.. he might just want to stay in lane
2.. but u and the other car are too slow?
or he might just be reading the signs on the left..

YOU DON'T KNOW whether the speeding vehicle is in an emergency or
not.
and honestly, if there's a car coming behind, and his BRAKES ARE
NOT WORKING, and he's way faster than you, and he's high-beaming u
to get out of the way behind he hits you, DO YOU WANT TO BE IN HIS
WAY?
No? Give way.
For all you know he might even be a paramedic responding to an
emergency while he's off duty in his personal car and not in an
ambulance.
For all you know, his child might be dying.
Unless you're God, or you can read the brain of the driver behind
you, or you are TP, or your steering wheel and accelerator spoil,
otherwise GIVE WAY.
